Matthew leads key operational areas including health and safety, site and facilities management, security and compliance. Matthew is also responsible for the organisation’s building and condition strategy, managing multiple capital proejcts.

Previously, Matthew spent five years at an Oxfordshire Secondary school as the Director of Operations.  Earlier roles include positions at a National Training Provider managing their apprenticeship programmes in sports and customer services, Assistant Manager at a UK leading builders merchant and as a footballer for Oxford United Football Club

Matthew holds a Level 5 qualification in Business, Management and Finance, alongside a broad suite of professional certificates including IOSH, NEBOSH qualifications. 

In his spare time, he likes to keep fit with long distance running, achieving a sub 3 hour marathon back in 2021.
