Jane has extensive leadership experience across the Primary sector.  As a former Headteacher of a large Primary school in South Oxfordshire, she co-founded the OPEN academy Trust where she played a significant role in shaping school improvement across the local area. She has been fortunate to work with many exceptional leaders in education and now has the privilege of supporting the Primary schools in the PFMAC. Jane joined the PFMAC as she shares the belief that every child is important, needs to belong and must receive the best teaching we can provide.

Her areas of expertise include safeguarding, SEND provision and inclusion, school culture and relationships and supporting children eligible for pupil premium. When not working, Jane will usually be found in a field with her horses.
